Shrub Watering Tips
It is very important that each homeowner familiarize themselves with each of these documents as they detail what is the homeowners responsibility and what is the associations role. In an effort to make our community the best in the area, we will be focusing on enforcement of the rules and by-laws each resident received when they purchased here and overall neighbor involvement and cooperation.
Please make sure you have read the bylaws regarding this form. Changes must be reviewed and approved by the board PRIOR to the implementation of the change.
Use the automatic withdrawal form to pay your assessments automatically and on time. We are looking into a way to pay assessments via this website however, we need the rest of the residents to become involved with this community site in order for it to be useful.
The deck packet is to be used when you are expanding or adding stairs to your deck. Please note when staining your deck you can only use "natural" stain. If you have used anything other than natural stain you will be required to correct it as per the rules of the association.
If you have had your steps or sidewalk directing in front of your unit done this past year, please inspect it for cracking or flaking and let us know so we can have it corrected per our warranty this spring.
The maintenance of a foreclosed unit remains the unit owner's responsibility. This legal response outlines what steps the board may take to ensure the proper maintenance is done.
