The association has been hit pretty hard by the Emerald Ash Borer.  We have consulted a couple of Arborists and we have 72 Ash trees on the property that have to be removed due to the level of infestation.  30 of these trees are in front of the buildings at some of the buildings on Indian Hill Lane.  Those trees will be replaced with an Ornamental Pear tree that will flower in the Spring.  For the Ash trees that are in between the units and in a more open area we will be replacing them with a mixture of Hackberry's, Accolade Elm's, and Autumn Blaze trees.
